Freedom of Speech and Expression is a must for any democratic country as it provides the voice and the rights of its citizens. The Philippines until now remains to be one of the most dangerous places for journalists with lots of politicians and other officials killing journalists leaving a story without an ending. Leading to manipulation of events and corruption. The media should become the medium for communication and voice for the people. To seek out the misdeeds and bad things done by the government for transparency and honesty. Media in a sense can be good or bad, but if it is used wisely and there are no misconducts then media can always be trustworthy. Leaders are meant to become leaders not bosses, the government officials must be honest and competent in doing any of their work. Politicians will never fear the media if only they do
