"Think Before You Click!" | Lourenzo Manimtim

  “Think before you click” this is the concept I always keep in my mind whenever I post in social media. I know that whenever I post there will be people who will see, comment and like my posts. And in this scenario, people will build an imagination of who I am and create an identity to describe myself. You are what you post in social media, your actions and posts reflect who you are. People will judge based on what they see, watch, and observe. That is why in social media, I am reserved and disciplined in my posts. I only post what I want and what is needed to post. I keep my conduct online and post only good and respectful things about myself. Like the usual posts I do are my achievements, successful engagement and my family. Bartolome                         1.      Do you agree with what (Plato) has concluded about the self? Why ?   LOURENZO: One of the greatest ideas that I like in Plato’s Philosophy is the “World of Forms and Senses”, which argues that Forms, is the perfect ideal world. And senses, or reality, is simply but an imperfect copy of the perfect world. This idea implies the division of reality based on what we perceived that there is perfect world somewhere parallel on what our eyes see and body experience in the world of senses. Plato’s idea in this matter relates the metaphysical philosophy of a world beyond our senses, a world we are part of.
